Terms of use
Jiggered is a personal energy and symptom log. These terms describe what you can expect from the software and what is expected of you. Whoever runs this server may add their own terms.
A personal log, not medical advice
Jiggered records what you tell it. Points, balances, charts and exports describe your own entries. They are not a medical device, a diagnosis, a treatment plan or advice about how much activity is safe. Talk to a qualified clinician about your health, and call emergency services if you think you need urgent help.
Who provides the service
This server is run by Official Jiggered Hosted Site. Jiggered is self-hosted software, and the operator is responsible for the server, its backups and its availability. The software's developer, EyUp.io, does not run or have access to your operator's server unless it is also the operator.
Your account
- Keep your password and any recovery codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give a working email address if you register, so you can verify it and recover your account.
- Use the service for your own records. Do not try to read other people's records, disrupt the server or get round its limits.
- An administrator can reset your password, disable your account or delete it. See what operators can access.
Your records
Your entries are yours. Export them whenever you like, as described in the export guide, and keep your own copies of anything important. Deleting an account removes its records from the active database, but not copies you exported or earlier operator backups. The privacy page has the details.
No guarantees
Jiggered is provided as is. This page does not promise uptime, support response times or that records will never be lost. Do not rely on it as your only copy of information you cannot replace. To the extent the law allows, the operator and the developers are not liable for losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
The software licence
The application source is released under the MIT Licence. That licence governs the code; these terms govern use of this running service. See pricing and access for how to run your own copy.
Changes and questions
The operator may update these terms, and the page shows the current version. If you disagree with a change, export your records and stop using the service. Contact the operator with questions about their service.
