SYMPTOM EPISODES

A symptom diary that keeps the details together.

Record when symptoms started, what you noticed, how they came on and how long they lasted. Jiggered keeps those observations alongside your daily energy and activity log.

Capture an episode at your own pace

In Episode, enter a start time, symptoms, onset, duration and any relevant circumstances from the day or two before. Notes are optional. You can edit the record later, and customize your symptom and trigger lists in Account.

If the episode is still happening, mark it as ongoing. It remains visible in Today and Episode until you record when it ended. An exact end time is optional and must fall between the start and now.

A fictional observation

Sam records an episode that began in the afternoon, adds the symptoms they noticed and a note about the preceding day, then marks it ongoing. Later, Sam records an approximate duration. The log preserves Sam's account of events; it does not decide whether the preceding activity caused the episode.

Find records and review your history

History includes episode graphs and lists. Choose a date range, search your notes, or filter by symptom or ongoing status. New times use your device's time zone; existing captures retain their recorded offset, while older records may not include one.

Share only what you choose

You can export episode records as CSV or preview a printable summary and save it as PDF using your browser. The printable summary lets you leave out private episode notes. Read the export and sharing guide before choosing what to send.

A record of experience, not medical advice

Jiggered is not a medical device, diagnostic tool or source of treatment recommendations. Logged circumstances and patterns do not establish causes. Seek appropriate medical care for symptoms; do not delay urgent care to fill in a log.
