GETTING STARTED
Your first energy and symptom check-in.
Start with a few observations. You do not need a complete diary or a perfect streak to use Jiggered.
1. Get an account and sign in
Check account availability. If registration is open, choose a username and password and verify your email before signing in. Otherwise an administrator can create an account. A temporary password must be changed at first sign-in.
2. Make today's check-in
In Today, choose green, amber or red to describe your planned day. These use your configured budget adjustments: normal plan, reduced plan or essentials only. Record poor sleep if relevant. The numbers are personal estimates, not health measurements.
3. Record an activity or rest
Tap a preset when you do an activity. Positive points spend your budget; negative points record an estimate of recovery. Use Other activity for a one-off entry. Edit a logged item to correct its name, points or time; use the date controls for an earlier day.
In Account → Energy & personal lists, choose names and costs that fit your own experience, then save. Read more about personal energy budgets and Spoon Theory.
4. Record an episode when you need to
In Episode, enter when symptoms started, what you noticed, duration and relevant circumstances. Notes are optional. If symptoms are ongoing, keep the episode open and finish it later. See the symptom-tracking guide for details and limits.
5. Review without filling in the gaps
History combines recorded check-ins, activities and episodes. Select a date range and filter records. An unlogged day is a gap, not proof that you had no symptoms. Patterns describe your observations and do not establish causes.
On your phone
Jiggered works in a browser on phones, tablets and desktops. After setup, you can add the signed-in app to your home screen using your browser's install or Add to Home Screen option. First sign in online, then read offline saving and recovery before relying on a device copy.
