EXPORT & SHARE

Keep a copy. Choose what you share.

Jiggered lets you download day and episode records as CSV, or preview a printable summary and save it as PDF through your browser. These files can contain private health information.

Export days or episodes as CSV

  1. Open History and choose the dates you want.
  2. Apply search and relevant check-in, symptom or ongoing filters.
  3. Choose Days as CSV or Episodes as CSV. The download contains the records matching those filters.
  4. Open the file locally and check its contents before sharing it.

CSV timestamps include recorded time-zone offsets where available. Older records may have no offset. Your spreadsheet program may display fields differently; check dates and times before using an export.

Preview a summary and save as PDF

  1. In History, choose the period in the printed-summary controls. This has its own period selector.
  2. Choose whether to include private episode notes.
  3. Preview the summary and review the exact content.
  4. Use the print action, then select your browser or operating system's Save as PDF option if available.

Jiggered uses browser printing; it does not send your log to an external PDF-generation service. The summary is a personal record, not a medical record or diagnosis.

JSON exports and recovery files are different

Account includes JSON export and restore tools for keeping a copy of your records. Resolve queued or refused changes first so a server export is not mistaken for a copy of unsaved device work. A device recovery download can include unfinished drafts and unsent changes; it is for recovery or support and is not a file for the account Restore form.

Share deliberately

Keep files on a trusted device. Review notes, names, dates and other details before sending anything to another person. Choose what is useful to discuss with a clinician; the app does not interpret your records as medical advice.

Read privacy and data access and queued versus saved changes.
