A symptom diary you can bring to appointments
Appointments are short, and memory under pressure is unreliable. Keep a running record of symptom episodes and energy, then share a summary of what you choose.
What you can bring
- Symptom episodes with onset, duration, possible triggers and notes, including ones still ongoing.
- Daily check-ins and activity over a period you pick, with planned and actual costs side by side.
- A printable summary you can preview and save as PDF, or a CSV for a spreadsheet.
You choose what is shared
Exports can contain private health information, and the export tools let you decide what to include, including whether to leave your notes out. The export guide walks through each option.
What the record can and cannot say
Missing entries do not mean symptom-free days, and patterns in a log do not establish causes. Treat the summary as your own account of what happened, and let your clinician interpret it. Jiggered is a personal log, not a medical device.
